What an exciting shoot…Mom Stephanie met up with me a few days before the shoot to tell me that she has just discovered she is pregnant with their second baby & want to surprise Zoey’s dad with the news during our shoot! We started off with the normal family shoot in a beautiful forest setting. We had a little blackboard ready & waited for the right moment for the surprise. Zoey was just precious & pulled it off like a pro! Her Dad was so suprised & happy & now those precious moments are captured forever. I had lots of fun Louw family & can’t wait to meet Zoey’s little brother soon.

These photos speak for themselves! Margo is just such a gorgeous soul. Her inner beauty radiates through. We captured her petite baby girl bump on the beach one late afternoon. It was raining non-stop on the morning of Candice & Andrew’s shoot. I almost wanted to cancel with them, but Candice’s was about to have their little boy any day so we decided to brave the rain. I think it was totally worth it. The photos turned out lovely!

The Verlinde family lives in Oudtshoorn where I grew up & when Melanie phoned me to organise a family shoot in Cape Town, I was so excited…aren’t they just the most beautiful family…!
